4. AI Systems Disclaimer
Kairo uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, plans, actions, diagnostics, and repair strategies.
AI-generated actions may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unintended consequences.
Users acknowledge that AI outputs should be reviewed and validated before production use.
5. Infrastructure Risk
Kairo may perform actions affecting:
- Servers
- Applications
- Containers
- Databases
- Firewalls
- Monitoring systems
- Networking configurations
- Cloud resources
Users accept the risks associated with infrastructure automation.
6. Agent Software
Installation of Kairo Agent authorizes communication between customer infrastructure and Kairo services.
Users remain responsible for securing their infrastructure and maintaining appropriate access controls.
7. Ownership
Users retain ownership of:
- Source code
- Data
- Infrastructure
- Applications
Kairo retains ownership of:
- Platform software
- Agent software
- AI systems
- Knowledge systems
- Intellectual property
8. Service Availability
Kairo does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Successful deployments
- Infrastructure uptime
- Security compliance
- Error-free operation
Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairo shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Downtime
- Revenue loss
- Infrastructure damage
- Security incidents
- Deployment failures
- Business interruption
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the user during the preceding twelve months.
10. Termination
Kairo may suspend or terminate accounts that:
