Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings.
2. Access After Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
Users retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Example:
- Subscription Start: June 1
- Cancellation Date: June 15
- Access Ends: June 30
3. No Partial Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically generate refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
4. Data Retention
Following subscription expiration, Kairo may retain account data for a limited period for operational, legal, and recovery purposes.
5. Agent Software
Upon cancellation, users may uninstall Kairo Agent from their infrastructure.
Kairo may disable communication between inactive accounts and platform services after subscription termination.
Users remain responsible for removing software from their servers if desired.
6. Reactivation
Accounts may be reactivated by purchasing a new subscription, subject to current pricing and service availability.
