Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
First-time subscribers may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.
Refund eligibility is determined at Kairo's discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Usage
The following are non-refundable:
- AI token consumption
- Infrastructure automation execution
- Deployment execution
- Monitoring usage
- Verification operations
- Self-healing operations
- Third-party service costs
Once consumed, these services cannot be reversed.
3. Abuse Prevention
Refunds may be denied if:
- Significant platform usage has occurred
- Abuse is detected
- Multiple refund requests are made
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
4. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise subscriptions are governed by individual contractual agreements and may not be eligible for standard refunds.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7-14 business days depending on the payment provider.
