Highlights

This product update focuses on verified execution and a calmer operator chat surface.

Verified deployments

  • Deploy flows stay in progress until the app is running and reachable
  • Clone and configure steps alone no longer count as “live”
  • Remote failures surface with plain-language summaries

Agent transport

  • Outbound agent connectivity without inbound security-group holes for chat command paths
  • Pairing is code-based from the dashboard
  • Install instructions are published per architecture (amd64/arm64)

Chat experience

  • Streaming replies with thinking separated from the final answer
  • Live remote command output in-bubble
  • Backend-driven contextual quick replies

Documentation vs engineering blog

  • Product usage docs remain in Docs
  • Engineering education and opinions remain on the Blog

What’s next (roadmap direction)

Not a commitment calendar — direction only:

  • Deeper deploy profiles for monorepos
  • Richer health analysis per host
  • More learning from repeated failure signatures

Upgrade path

Existing servers keep working. Pair new hosts with the agent when you prefer outbound-only connectivity; SSH remains for classic hosts where configured.
